If you have problem in attending the exams in English, better try to attend the exams in Hindi (if they have Hindi medium option available). What you have to focus is your content.

Then, if you wish to get into top-notch college for MBA, why not try clearing CAT to get an admission in the Iims? Yes, you can do it from any age, it is based on interest of yours, because Diploma in CS is an interesting branch.

I suggest you contact the college and find out how the fee structure is broken down into. you can get clear idea what you will be learning in the next two years. what you want learn depends on you. Hi Bharat Patel,
There is no MBBS in Canada. You have to complete your Bachelor's degree in biological science and then apply to a medical school, you must also clear MCAT.
Note that many medical schools do not accept international students. The fee for such programmes is around $35000 per year.
