Hi Sarbjit,
As suggested by Prof. Garain, it would not be possible to get admission in the second year directly, you can opt for Open Universities or Correspondence but from wherever you plan to do your Graduation you have to start afresh.

Firstly, you will have to apply for admission to a college. Once you have received the admission offer, you have to pay a security deposit. Incase the college offers a deferment scenario, you will have an opportunity to defer your admission for the next intake or next year depending on you. Remember, it will depend on the college whether they offer a deferment scenario or not.
