As suggested by Prof. Garain, it would not be possible to get admission in the second year directly, you can opt for Open Universities or Correspondence but from wherever you plan to do your Graduation you have to start afresh.

As correctly guided by Prof Garain, I too would support his comment on pursuing any course even CA after 12th and not post 10th. Basic schooling is important and a necessity.
