Although, there are colleges in Kolkata providing Graduation in French but it would difficult to give you any concrete list. Few which you may try are: Presidency College, St. Xaviers College, Lady Brabourne College, Loreto College, University of Calcutta, and Amity University.

For these courses you can look into Universities like Victoria Univ of Wellington, Massey University, Auckland university of Technology and University of Auckland
Documents required to apply for admission- Class 10 and 12 marksheets and Passing certificate, Statement of Purpose, Letters of Recommendation(2), A copy of your passport(1st and Last Page), IELTS (6 min for UG courses ). IELTS can be submitted later on if not already written.
