Please note that just BDS is not sufficient to work as a dentist in canada
after BDS you have to pass NDEB Part I with at least 83 percentile (National Board Dental Examination Part 1 and Part 2 Board exam.).
you need to complete two years of advanced training in Dentistry in US/ Canada after BDS as just BDS/ MDS does not allow you to practice dentistry. Advanced Standing Program admission requires candidates to pass NDEB. NBDE is a computer based test consisting 400 multiple choice questions. It is based on clinical applications and dental hygiene patient cases. You also need to clear NBDE part II and it is also a computer based exa

Yes you can certainly apper for MPSC as well as UPSC exams. But you need o plan your attempt really well to crack it along with job . Cracking in 1st attempt is more to do with good planning than sheer hardwork. Feel free to ask further questions.
