You could opt for FMS-DELHI,DMS-IIT DELHI, JBIMS@ MUMBAI.All these colleges comes under top 10 business schools in India.The average salary offered during placements is around 18+ lakhs per annum.
The second level b schools includes IIT - MADRAS,KANPUR,ROORKEE,SIMSREE @MUMBAI where the avg.salary is around 10 lakhs per annum.
All the business schools mentioned above have fees structure not more than 4 lakhs (entire course fees for 2 years)

It is really tough to directly comment on any institute best or not or answer which is the best institute in a city or country , especially for domains like web designing, animation and VFX/editing/postproduction or gaming etc. where many institutes offer many types of courses for different duration for the almost all the same pipeline .
We need to see the content of the course , duration, cost , infra, earlier students outputs and skill developed , in-time course completion record , certification process & delivery of certificate in time etc.

It will be helpful for you if you come clear. It can happen only if seats are vacant or any student left out the college after joining.
