What is your ambition? Do you want to become a doctor or engineer or pharma professional? Some thing of more source of Income. Based on your present rank, if you get any seat in engineering, better join and complete it. If you are keen on a medical profession, the second option is pharmacy. But engineering has more job opportunities than pharmacy/medical profession. If you are too hardworking and dedicated, then you can aim for NEET and become a doctor. Writing NEET, getting a seat in the medical profession and getting settled is not so simple, though.

It is difficult. As after analyzing previous years data, I found that admission in IIIT-H is very competitive. It is one of the high demanding institutes in India and so is the cut-offs. The minimum marks to get admission there is 210 in JEE Main. But still, you can apply. There may be a chance this year. You can also apply to other good IIITs like IIIT-BBSR, IIIT- Bangalore. You have a very good score and you can land in any of the good colleges.
Thank you.
Hope this helps.
