Both are good Institutes as you can pursue in anyone. If you really like CSE and you think you want to go with CSE then go for LNMIIT, else if you think you want to go with BITS, Goa you can. Both has good placement opportunities. It's not which institute but you have to decide in which branch you want to join.

According to my knowledge, you should choose IP University for this course. They will provide you good facilities. They have good infrastructure and they provide placement also.
