As per your query I would suggest you to pursue BBA, and once completed you may work for 1-2 years and then pursue MBA.
The advantage of work experience would be:
- You will gain relevant work experience.
- After working you will know which specialization to opt while pursuing MBA.
- The other advantage of work experience would be that during admission in MBA, you will have advantage over candidates with no work experience.

As you have done your diploma after 10th, it will be difficult for you to get admission any degree course as you need to complete your 12th. As a friend I would suggest you to complete your 12 from NIOS and after completing your 12th, you can opt for lateral entry in mechanical engineering with the help of your diploma.

Dear Ravina, complete your MBBS in Russia and get an internationally recognized degree that is equal to a degree received in any European country (as per the laws of the Bologna Convention) and practice in India or whichever country in the world like thousands of our Indian students (more than 50% girls) are already doing.
Finish your entire course in INR 12 - 15 lacs (universities being government universities and hence fees subsidized by the government)

One is based on the use of psychological principles and theories to overcome psychological problems and the other is based on clinical knowledge to understand, prevent psychologically-based distress and promote subjective well-being with psychological assessment and psychotherapy.
Before you start practising in a clinical set-up you need to enroll first in counselling and therapy related courses. You may attend workshops which are conducted throughout the year for your advance learning. Then, you may further apply for internship in hospitals, schools, etc.
