Complete your MBBS in Russia and get an internationally recognized degree that is equal to a degree received in any European country (as per the laws of the Bologna Convention) and practice in India or whichever country in the world like thousands of our Indian students (more than 50% girls) are already doing.
Finish your entire course in INR 12 - 15 lacs (universities being government universities and hence fees subsidized by the government)
For comparison of doing MBBS in USA, UK, India / any other country as compared to Russia, read the following article

Hi shubham
in my opinion you must do BCA. .
see BCA is for those students who get less marks in their intermediate and wanna do and equivalent degree to Btech. . you will have to invest two more years then btech student but you will get a better degree then Btech by completing your BCA+MCA .
But for that you have to invest two more years and have to study maths . .even some new kind of maths . .like in engineering. . after MCA you can do Mtech or MBA as per your choice. you can do BBA if you are dam interested in accounting. . otherwise i will suggest to do BCA. .
Now it depends on your choice which university or institute you will chose

The major point that you need to understand is that Indian BBA program syllabus and the UK BA(Hons)/BBA syllabus is a bit different from each other. So a transfer in between the year would be impossible. If you are doing a course which is of the same level and if the syllabus is matching, then you may look at an option of credit transfer. UK Syllabus Higher National Diplomas are there in India, which if done, the transfer would have been possible. But for a Indian University BBA program shifting from here into the 3rd year. Sorry .
