Devashish , in Du colleges morning and evening colleges have different cut off list ,if you have enrolled in 1st year , then you can't migrate till 3rd or 4th cut of morning college get matched with your % , now you left with 1 procedure, were you can try in 1st year by scoring Excellent % and after that you can directly speak to principal of the your college , he can migrate you on your 1st year performance .
There are few seats that get vacant because few students quit after 1st year, or they fail, so you have chance to take those seats. But that would be depend only on your 1st year %

Yes, but i suggest you to do Certified Management Accountant [CMA] it is equal to ICWAI. CMA certification is given by institute of Management Accountant [IMA] USA. Only 2 papers alone to be cleared. CMA certification can be cleared in 6 to 12 months and the pass out ratio is high.
Private / Public sector bank started looking for CMAs and MNCs too
