Hi Suraj, Since you have expressed your desire to become an IAS. I would suggest you focus on IAS. If you prepare for JEE, you wont be able to get enough time to prepare for IAS. You can join B.Sc, but make sure you are focused on preparing for IAS. It will allow you extra time to prepare for your your Preliminary and Mains. The syllabus is vast and you need to start dedicating at least 4 to 6 hours depending on your strength.
You have sufficient time to prepare for an IAS Job. General candidates get 4 attempts till they attain 30 yrs of Age. You need to have a bachelor's degree in any stream. You can also appear in the exam if you are
