As per your percentile in CAT or MAT, it would be difficult for you to get admission in good B-school, so I would suggest you to take CAT- 2013 and various other management entrance tests, and score well so that you may get admission in good B-school.
Regarding preparation of these tests, I would suggest you to join some good coaching institute in your city which offers quality coaching for various management entrance tests.
