You need to apply for the entrance exam conducted by Union Public Service Commission.
Exam is conducted twice a year and the eligibility criteria is:
+2 completed from any recognized board
Between the age limit of 16.5 to 19 years
You'll have to go through verbal as well as non-verbal intelligence tests besides GD and other outdoor group tasks. Knowledge about application procedure, fee details can be found on the official website of UPSC i.e www.upsc.gov.in

As per your query, it seems that you wish to pursue MBA from universities abroad, so regarding this please remember pursuing studies abroad is always a good option, the main reason for seeking a MBA degree from abroad are:
- Getting a better quality of education.
- Improves career opportunities.
- Broaden international experience.

However, please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities abroad , you need to have atleast 3-4 years of full time work experience after graduation.
