For becoming database administrator you can do B.Tech in CSE or IT.
IF you have given JEE exam and got good marks you can get seat in IITs or NITs, else you can check admission in top private universities of India as: MIT Pune, Osmania University, Lovely Professional University.

You got excellent percentage in 12th but as per your JEE marks it is quite less, i think your rank would be 50000+.
It would be difficult for you to get admission in IIT's and NIT's. As your percentage is excellent i would recommend you to check for other better options before the admission last. Check in COEP, Lovely Professional University, VJTI.
