Congratulations on getting shortlisted
for GD/PI. You need not worry much
about topics in GD. The topics are
usually not tough but are related to
current issues as well as general
topics. Eg- My topic, I don't exactly
remember the name of it, was related
to the destruction caused by humans
on their road to progress.
You can see it's not a tough topic to
discuss about. The key is to participate
in regular intervals. Be confident and

See dear the topics is given at that only.its not decided and could be any topic related to current topics,proverbs,any situation can be given.so you have to just good at talking and speak forth in front of everyone.u should be confident to your words which you speak.So most imp part is speaking.either for or against.Like when i gave entrnce i got the topic-Chinese goods hit or flop?so i discussed against n for both.
