Your score is very low for admission into BHMS courses. For general category, your score should be around 300 to get admission into BHMS.

For admission into government medical colleges, the score should be around 450, for BDS, it should be 400 and for private MBBS, it should be around 300.

Don't worry about failure. In fact as per famous saying 'failure is the first step of success'. Try to analyse what went wrong? Can you improve on that and clear 12th with better results? You can always take admission for diploma, but if you analyse & pass 12th with good marks, you can get admission in Engineering!
