Bits Hyderabad ee is better in terms of branch and placement.And bit mesra gives you a fair chance to slide your branch after first year.Branch change is easier here as compared to bits campus.Many of my friends from chemical and biotech are studying ece,eee and even cse.So as of now i would suggest bits hyd but if you want better branch at bit then there is still a chance after you get in here.
