Hello Chetan, perhaps, what you mean is the Diploma in engineering and not graduation in engineering. After 10th standard student can join Diploma courses of engineering where as for learning graduate courses of engineering one has to pass out 12th standard. There are plenty of institutions in Mumbai offering Diploma in engineering courses you just Google and you will get hundreds of the names of institution which offer these courses. Best wishes to you.

In the JEE Main exam, if a question is answered and also marked for review, the answer will be considered for evaluation. If the answer is found to be correct, you will be awarded marks for it. Marking a question for review is simply a way for you to keep track of questions that you may want to revisit later during the exam. It does not affect the evaluation of your answers in any way.
