Hello Chetan, perhaps, what you mean is the Diploma in engineering and not graduation in engineering. After 10th standard student can join Diploma courses of engineering where as for learning graduate courses of engineering one has to pass out 12th standard. There are plenty of institutions in Mumbai offering Diploma in engineering courses you just Google and you will get hundreds of the names of institution which offer these courses.
