• Refer to Previous Years Question Papers and Attempt Mock Tests: The full proof method to score well in AEEE is to practice a lot of questions. Previpous year question papers, mock tests and sample papers are the best way to get access to questions. Solving questions will lead to improved speed and accuracy.
• Solve As Many Numerical Problems as Possible: AEEE exam focuses on testing the candidates comprehension, reasoning and analytical ability. The questions asked in the three subjects of Physics Chemistry and Mathematics are of advanced level and focus on the application of the concepts rather than the concepts themselves.
• Keep Track of Strengths and Weaknesses: For scoring perfect marks, candidates must be prepared perfectly as well. This means keeping an eye on their strengths and weaknesses and trying to avoid making the same mistake twice. Errors occur when one is unsure of himself/herself, and uncertainty is the last thing any candidate would want while attempting questions in the exam.
• Set Daily Targets: Setting daily targets serves two purposes. One, the entire syllabus is divided into short-term goals that need to be achieved daily, and two, the focus of the students remains unwavering until the long-term goal is achieved.
• Develop a Subject-wise Study Plan: Different students have varied levels of command over different subjects. Someone may be good at Physics and Mathematics and need more effort in Chemistry or the other way round.

Candidates who selected AMU and the desired course during CUET registration, can apply for the same during AMU CUET counselling registrations. Find below details on the AMU CUET counselling process:

STEP 1: Registration

Visit AMU's official website to register for counselling. The payment for admission may also be had to be paid on the same portal. 

STEP 2: Provisional Admission

After counselling, provisional admission shall be granted to the shortlisted candidates. 

STEP 3: Document Verification & Physical Reporting

After selection, candidates have to report physically at the university and submit a list of documents. Candidates must carry original documents.

Aligarh Muslim University's admission process for the MBBS course includes submitting an online application form, appearing for the NEET UG entrance test, declaration of merit list, counselling process and fee payment. Candidates can follow the AMU admission process in the steps given below: 

Step 1: AMU Application Process 2024

The Aligarh Muslim University application process is conducted in online mode. Here is the step-by-step application process for various UG, PG and Doctorate courses at AMU:

1. Visit the official website
2. Click on the link 'Application Forms for Admissions, 2024-25'
3. Click on 'Application Forms' from the list of links
4. On this page, click on 'Register (For New User)'
5. Fill in the required details to register successfully for AMU Application Process
6. You will land on the following page with instructions to continue the application process. Click on the icon with three horizontal lines on the top right corner of your screen.
7. The further steps to finish your application process will appear on the screen. Kindly click on the steps to complete the process.

Note: Only single registration is sufficient for applying to multiple courses by a candidate 

Documents Required at the Time of Admission

• Scanned copy of the date of birth certificate/ High School Certificate of the candidate
• Scanned copy of mark-sheet/ grade0-sheet of the qualifying examination. (If the mark sheet/grade sheet of the qualifying examination is not available, the mark-sheet / grade sheet passed in the preceding year should be uploaded)
• Scanned copy of documents in support of a claim under a special category, if any
• Scanned copy of a valid GATE Score Card (applicable only for candidates applying for admission to M.Tech courses in the Faculty of Engineering & Technology)
• Scanned copy of documents in support of Professional Experience, if any (applicable only for candidates applying for admission to B.E course in the Faculty of Engineering & Technology)
• Scanned copy of the No Objection Certificate from the employer, if employed at present
• It is to be ensured that all documents should be uploaded in JPG/ JPEG format only and their individual size should lie between 200KB to 2MB

Step 2: Appear for the entrance test

In this stage, registered candidates need to appear for the course-specific entrance test, in this case, aspirants must appear for the NEET UG test for MBBS admission. 

Step 3: Release of merit list

Based on NEET UG entrance test scores, AMU will release a merit list of selected candidates for further admission process. To check the merit list, it is mandatory for students to visit the official website of Aligarh Muslim University on a regular basis. 

Step 4: Counselling & fee payment 

In this step, candidates whose names appear in the merit list released by the University need to appear for the counselling process. Based on the candidates' performance in the counselling process, AMU will release the final list of students for admission. Selected candidates are then required to pay the admission fee to confirm their seats. 

Apart from the BSc course, the University also offers BSc (Hons) courses. AMU admission to the BSc course is based on candidates' performance in an entrance test conducted by the University. The total seat intake for the AMU BSc course is approximately 1260.This year, a total of 7,431 candidates appeared for the BSc entrance exam while 3,182 students appeared for the BCom admission test. Every year, Aligarh Muslim University conducts the entrance test for students seeking admission to undergraduate programmes in the varsity. Senior Secondary School Certificate or an equivalent examination with at least 55% marks in aggregate of English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics. For admission to B.Sc. (Hons.) with Physics / as Main Subject, the candidate should have passed Mathematics at the qualifying examination
