Please find below the criteria on the basis of which you are granted admission for the MBA program at this college:
1) GMAT Score: Preferable 550 and above
2) TOEFL: Preferable score 90+ in the TOEFL IBT
3) Atleast 60% and above in undergraduation
Once admitted, you will be studying core courses(mandatory courses) for the first 3 semesters. In the fourth semester, you would be given an option to choose 2 electives in the field of your choice i.e. marketing, HR, finance, etc. During the 5th semester, you would be given an opportunity to choose a 3rd elective.
The placement data as well as the program expenses are not mentioned by the university anywhere on their website. I would recommend you to mail the university directly on this address: mba@ksu.edu.sa and ask them about the fees as well as the placement record.

Both CFA and PGDM belong to two different fields and offers different careers. A PGDM provides an entry in the field of management where as CFA is a designation in itself (Financial Analyst) and requires one to qualify exams to become a Certified Financial Analyst.
It will entirely depend on your area of interest and based on which you may then opt for the stream most preferred.
