A university is a board for number of colleges but deemeed university is a college which has got university reputation.
The difference is the deemed universities wont have affiliated colleges.
A university will have many affiliated colleges they will set question papers for the affiliated colleges but deemed university will have only one college and is considered as university.

Yes MBA from correspondence is good if you have job experience of the field on which you are doing MBA and it also depends on the previous degree which you are holding .However getting a job depends on your skill and knowledge and percentage on your previous course.
But i must say regular degree is always preferable. .
