Hiiii. Karan. on the basis of diploma you can take admission in management course. like BBA. but your field will change.
if you are not interested in civil then you can change the track.
you can join BBA+MBA integrated, it will be more beneficial.
But Acc. to me go for b.tech.
decision is yours,

There is no separate entrance test of MDI for admission in PGPM. It is on basis of performance in CAT. A percentile of 96+ should be good enough for getting a call
