The other option for you would be to work for 2-3 years and then opt for a full time MBA or PGDM program, the advantage of this step would be that after working for few years you would know which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects.
Finally if you work for some years then you may yourself manage the expenses for your further studies.
Please remember in order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
Besides academic record and good scores in various management entrance tests, for final admission in B-school work experience and other activities like participating in various event like debates, quiz, extra curricular activities, etc are also taken into consideration.

As per your profile, it is not possible to branch off into MBBS with a nursing degree. There is no lateral entry in MBBS. You need to study the whole course and have to get in through merit. You need to take the medical entrance tests.

To take admission in MBBS :
- You need to pass 12th in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with minimum 60% .
- You should have completed 17 years of age on or before 31st day of December of the year of admission.
- You need to sit for entrance exam such as AIIMS Entrance Exam, NEET, MPPMT, HP Combined Pre Medical Entrance Test etc.
