Hi, The placements at LPU are excellent. Many top recruiters visit the LPU campus to employ graduates, such as Amazon, Tech Mahindra, ITC, Trident Group, Cognizant Technology Solutions, Capgemini, Bosch, TCS, and several other firms. Recently, a girl got placed at a package of 42 LPA. Moreover, Amazon recruited LPU students with 30 LPA. Ever since COVID has hit the nation entire admission is being done online. Admission process is fully online and applicants are not required to visit personally anywhere. LPU has also initiated the conduct of remotely proctored online LPU NEST from home and remote video Interviews for admission depending upon requirement as per programme eligibility. Multiple online methods are available like credit card/ debit card/ online banking for payment. But kindly cross check the eligibility criteria first as that the requirement that needs to be MET first. In order to take admission in LPU for a maximum of the courses, the percentage required in 10+2 is 60% along with that subjects of study are also mentioned and the candidate needs to appear for LPU NEST Exam. In order to take admission in any course you need to qaulify the eligibility criteria and along with that you need to appear for LPU NEST which depends of the domain that you are planning to take admission. Yes, there is a cut off for LPU NEST for every course that you need to attain to get an admission into that course. The test is an objective test and the structure of the test depends upon the course that you are intending to take admission. LPU NEST exam time also depends upon the course that you wish to take admission. For B.Tech courses even the previous year sample test can be downloaded from the LPU website. In order to apply the candidate needs to visit LPU website and apply and according has to book a slot. LPU NEST will be conducted online while the candidate is sitting at home in a proctored mode. Application fee for LPU NEST is INR 1000 for boys and INR 500 for girls.
