No, gaining admission to the Central University of Himachal Pradesh is not typically considered difficult. The university has a moderate acceptance rate, with applicants having a reasonable chance of being admitted. According to The Central University of Himachal Pradesh, the admission criteria for MBA courses require candidates to have completed a Bachelor’s/UG degree or equivalent from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks or an equivalent grade in the qualifying exam. 
Applicants are required to appear for the CUET (PG). The Central University of Himachal Pradesh provides 2 major courses are Master of Business Administration, and an MBA in travel and tourism management of 2 years.

I don't think that JEE entrance exam is necessary to join Central university of Himachal Pradesh. Either you have not appeared for JEE, you can join Central university of Himachal Pradesh by appearing in the Central university of Himachal Pradesh entrance exam named CUET-UG and CUET-PG. After appearing for the entrance exam, results are declared and then you can take admission. Depending upon the score you can join Central university of Himachal Pradesh. And you can also get admission through reserved categories like SC, ST, EWS, PWD, etc. 

As per the NIRF report 2023, out of 156 MSc graduates 93 were placed during 2022 placements. Earlier 105 out of 191 MSc students were placed during 2021 placements. In Central University of Himachal Pradesh the Total fees for MA which has total 14 different courses is about 4000 to 5400. And eligibility criteria is graduation with minimum 50% and entrance exam CUET- PG. Different courses such as MA in Political Science, Hindi, English Language and Literature, Economics, Sociology, History, Journalism, Punjabi, New media and Communication and many more such courses. And all these courses has 33 seats. And course fees of 4k . With average package of 2.5 Lakh.

The Central university of Himachal Pradesh for B.Tech has 3 major courses or departments which are Mechanical Engineering, Civil engineering and Electronic and Communication Engineering of 4 years.It has minimum 30 to maximum 80 seats for B. tech. The eligibility criteria is 12th CBSE and HPBOSE. The university also provides seats based of categories like SC, ST, OPEN, etc. And the university selectes candidates on the basis of their CUET- UG score. 

After pursuing BTech in Civil Engineering from Graphic Era Hill University Dehradun, candidates either can pursue higher studies M.Tech in Civil Engineering or specialized programs in areas like Structural Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or Construction Management, or they can go for job profiles such as:

Amity University Gwalior admission to BTech course is based on JEE Main/ National or state-level Engineering entrance exam/ AMCAT score. For BTech (CSE) International, aspirants need to qualify an English Test followed by personal interview round. Besides, A pass in Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics is required to apply for Amity Gwalior BTech courses. Candidates who have completed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology can also apply for BTech Biotechnology. 

The fee structure for courses like MBA, MSc, MCA has examination and admission fees of around 500 and tution Fees of 2000 rupees, and cultural fund, sports and such minor funds of just 50 rupees. For courses like PG diploma, BA, it varies just with 200 to 300 rupees. And for Hostel, it is just 500 admission fees and security fees of just 1000 rupees and room rent of just 500 rupees. In short I would say that the fee structure is too simple and good for us. 

The Central university of Himachal Pradesh provides total 55 courses of PG level full time courses of several streams like Science, Arts, Technology, Business Administration, Management and many more. Different courses such as BA, MA, BSc, MBA, MSc, etc. The admission is 2 ways one by merit and another is Entrance-based. MBA tuition fees is around 9600, BSC course fee is 14400, M.Sc Course is 9600, MA tuition fees is between 4000 to 5400 and BA ranges from 5900 to 6000.
