What is your preferred area of study? How much did you score in your BE? Admission requirement vary from course to course. NTU is highly competitive and good academic record is preferred. Prepare for the GRE and/or GMAT as it is a requisite for MS courses in Singapore and elsewhere. TOEFL and IELTS are not requires as such for Indian applicants but will again depend on the course you are planning to study. Check the departmental website for any pre-requisites such as letters of recommendations, financial certificates etc. Feel free to write back for any further queries.
Hope this helps.
