it is depend on your Stream in senior secondary
But as per my view CA is best option for today
but remember today for job purpose and for better growth
two thing must be required
A) Fluent English
B) Well verse with all computer Application ( especially in MS Excel ) and knowledge of accounting packages like SAP ,Tally , Oracle etc

Pursuing MBA abroad is always a good option however, please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities abroad you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
As per your profile, I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after completing your B.tech and then opt for MBA.

ASP.NET gives you chances for a job in an IT Organization as a Software Developer.
