Overall, in order to pursue MS degree from universities in Germany you need to have:
- Good academic record, preferably 70% or equivalent plus in graduation.
- Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
- GRE score of 300-320 plus.
- IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus or TOEFL score of 80-90 plus.
Please remember, since Germany is a non English speaking country, and their national language is German, so it is always advisable for students to pursue some basic level German language course before leaving for Germany.
Though work experience is not a mandatory criteria to get admission in MS degree, but it would surely give you competitive advantage over candidates with no work experience.

Pursuing MBA abroad is always a good option however, please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities abroad you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
As per your profile, I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after completing your B.tech and then opt for MBA.
The advantage of this step would be:
- You will gain relevant work experience.
- After working you will know which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects.
- The other advantage of work experience would be that during admission in MBA, you will have advantage over candidates with no work experience.
- Finally, if you work for some years then you may yourself manage the expenses of your further studies.
In order to pursue MBA from India you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation.
Plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT,XAT, etc.
Please note that, the final selection in MBA institutes in India is made on the basis of:
1. Education background of the students.
2. Score in various management entrance test.
3. Performance in group discussions and personal interview.
4. Work experience if any.

Aspirants who have done their BCA, BBA or B.Tech can apply for the MCA course. Students who have finished their graduation in science can also apply. These students must have studied Mathematics as a subject in class 10+2. There is no age limit regarding the admission to this course.
