It depends on which country you want to go for. In maximum countries there is no course like Diploma. But yes, you can get exemptions in subjects which you have already cleared if course is matched.

Hi Prabh,
I am sure you must have had PCM as your subjects in 12th. If you and if you are interested in mathematics field I can suggest you to go for B.Sc maths honors and if you can then college like Indian statistical Institute(ISI) is very good and Chennai Mathematical Institute (CMI), Chennai. If you are able to get in one. It has its own entrance examinations. You may search for other colleges too which give you a good scope in mathematics.

JEE Mains and you have to secure above 200 marks to get good NITs or IIITs. You have to take PCM in 12th and must clear the same with at least 75% to appear for IIT JEE. If you score less than 75% then you cant appear for JEE Mains. So, also reappear for 12th to appear for JEE Mains.
