According to the UGC, all the degrees are equal value and for the government services. It is not a problem. Most of the public sector companies are not accepting the distance education and all are asking for a full-time degree with a minimum of 60% of marks.
So, my personal experience is, distance education degrees will not have a good worth. But in the case of serving employees in the government sector/private sector for promotion prospectus, it is useful to do distance education degrees. If a person wants to start a career with distance education degrees, it is somewhat difficult.

As you are a working professional, I think regular B.Tech is not possible for you. You better either search for B.Tech in evening or go with AMIE (Sec A & Sec B) from Installation of Engineers.
You need to complete UG in order to pursue MBA or EMBA.

Yes, you are eligible for D. Pharmacy course. Those candidates who have completed 12th standard with PCM from a recognised board are eligible for Diploma in Pharmacy. Your age should be above 18 years.
