Below 55% marks is not accepted. MPA courses are also competitive in nature, you will need to do better. You can complete a PG Diploma course in India or the first year of a MS Finance or Accounting course with better percentage in India to study abroad. Alternate option is to check with the universities for any sort of foundation or pathway programs before the MS course.
