The Master of Information Technology has a strong focus on information systems and database technology since you are quiet good at learning technical things so that won't be a problem for you, however your percentage in B.Com might be an issue while applying in any university as most of the universities ask for high percentage since you are working professionally and have a sound working experience so in that case they might consider your application however you need to be a proficient in English and have to give IELTS test to proof your English skills any score above 6.5 bands is good for you.

PSB is a good institute however they offer MBA programs from various universities like The University of Newcastle, The University of Western Australia and The University of Nottingham. Out of these The University of Western Australia offers part time MBA rest all offers full time program.
