Your percentage is quite low as far as international admissions in the US is concerned. If you are really serious about pursuing your studies abroad, target a score above 1400 atleast if you want admission in a decent university. The higher you score, the better chance you have.

In order to pursue this course, you need to have atleast 2 years of Full Time work experience. Apart from that, you need to take the GMAT and IELTS.
I am not sure if the Indian Govt. offers any scholarship for studying in Canada. However, you can look into the scholarship being granted by TOEFL for Indian students. Once you take the TOEFL and score 100+, you would have to submit a scholarship essay and if TOEFL feels your a potential candidate, they would grant you the scholarship.
