Dear Mohneesh, Meenakshi University, chennai does not offer B.Sc. IT but offers B.Sc. CS. secondly, it has been recognized on 11May2011 by DEC expert committee which had AICTE member on its panel. So it means that it is DEC approved but not AICTE approved.

But do remember PGDM can be claimed as equivalent to MBA but it has many limitations,
many organizations dont prefer a Diploma person and MBA explores more possibilities like Phd, NET/SET eligibility etc so,
I request you to go for an MBA rather than PGDM
