Cheenu so far knowledge goes 6 sigma certification is a project required to be implemented in respect to organisation as a whole to improve the quality of product . Hi MEgha, you can apply now without IELTS. But to give you admission or not will depend on the faculty. You can submit IELTS score later on, if the university accepts you they will send you a conditional offer letter. the once you send them the score they will send you a unconditional offer letter. They need a deposit to be made and after which you will be send a CAS letter. With the CAS you can apply for visa.

Hi Ketan, it depends on which university you have passed out from. The percentage is fine. I would like to suggest you to take GRE and TOEFL/IELTS as well. GRE would enhance your chances of getting admission. You an apply in following universities : HS Aalen, HS Albs.-Sig./Albstadt, HTW Berlin.
