no any instutues cant do this .u are getting admission in Msc IT in march 2013 and just after 2months in MAY 2013 EXAM.no its not possible in any other countries as well as in INDIA.

If your's is CBSE board, you can be termed as a lucky guy. As CBSE assesses only at 12th Std, you can take BiPC in 12th Std. Anyways, my suggestion for you is to take MBiPC as it opens you career towards both MPC direction as well as BiPC direction.
