what u have heard it can be a myth.so without research dont go for not only to germany but also to any other countries.
germany was best in past for its engineering education but in present its changed .germany is best for psychology and arts programme.so my suggestion ll be go to china if u really want a big bright and glamorous career in engineering go to china.China totally overtook all the countries in the present.USA hats off china for their engginering so think see how world is changing.
but at any cost u wan to do on germany then go through GRE exam.do best in GRE exam and get best colleges.best GRE score=top colleges in germany.

You may opt for CA if you have inclination for areas such as taxation, accounting, costing or auditing etc.
Students can join a CA program after (10+2) or graduation. There is no restriction in terms of age or percentage secured.
* Passing CPT examination is the first step which you can skip. CPT exemption is for :
Any Commerce Graduate with 55% marks or more
Non Commerce Graduate with 60% marks or more
CWA and CS inter passed students.
You can follow the procedure mentioned below-
* Register/Enroll for Integrated Professional Competence Course (IPCC)
* Complete 9 months of Study Course.
* Complete 100 hours of Information Technology Training (ITT).
* Complete Orientation Course (35 hours spread over one week).
* Pass Group I or both Groups of Integrated Professional Competence Examination (IPCE).
* Register as Articled Assistant for a period of 3 years.
* Pass Group II of IPCC if not already passed.
* Appear in Final Examination during last 6 months of 3 years of articled training.
* Pass both the Groups of Final examination.
* Get Final Examination Certificate.
* Complete remaining period of articled training, if applicable
* Complete Course on General Management and Communication Skill
* Enroll as a member of ICAI and designate as "Chartered Accountant"
