Hello Pranjul It's in demand nowadays. You may go for a 3-year full-time degree course, or, certificate course or a Diploma. The choice is up to you. If you are looking directly for the Masters then one thing is very clear that the colleges look out for your completion of graduation in the relevant course ( but yours is not relevant), however, some colleges carry out a test to find out the eligibility of a student. Diploma in film making is also a good option.

Hello Pranay, Yes, you have read it correctly. AICTE wants to make it more active. What is planned is credit system with students to compulsorily choose non-engineering subjects also amongst a bouquet, internship of two types, technical and social. After facing flak, government. desires that engineers pass outs should be employable straight away. It's likely that it could be implemented from academic session 2018-19.

Hello Ashif, As per HRD Ministry's report, close to 50% of fresh graduates of engineering are jobless. Hence, I would rather recommend that you take commerce followed by finance. But what is your passion? Which subject do you like the most? It is the best that you take up that for study.

Hi,
If you like coding, kindly start working in that field. Also, you can pursue MS after that. But if you want to do MBA, see what stream looks good for you. In the first year, most of the colleges are having common subjects. It's only in the second year that you get to choose. The trend is engineers usually opt for operations. But it depends on each one's personal interest and what you are interested in.
