Hi Akash Singh, Normally, you have to send transcripts from classes 9 to 12 if you are applying for a Bachelor's degree. And, it is not just in Ivy League but all universities in USA. You should also check the Common Application portal.

Delhi School of Economics is better in other fields however not that good in MBA HR. You will find many other options for HR. As per my view I won't consider Delhi School of Economics for HR Specialization.

Complete MBA closely related to your job field or general MBA.

It totally depends upon your interest but placement wise marketing may have an upper hand.

Actually, CUSAT does not accept MAT score. You can try either CMAT or KMAT. IIM CAT score also accepted. The cut-off will depend upon the exam. For example, in the case of KMAT, it may be 70 percentile, for CAT it will be 60 percentile. Reserved category students may get some relaxation on cut-off. You can contact the university for more details.
Currently, marketing students are getting more placement. Here dual specialisation also available. You can take marketing and operations or IB and operations, etc.

First and foremost, remember the proverb: Where there is will, there is a way. If you have real strong desire for job abroad, keep on working for it. There are agencies in India, who specialise in sending students abroad for a job. You have to be in search of such agency and register with it. But ensure that it's an authentic agency.

It is a good decision as most of the companies try to tap customers and business online. Nowadays, online presence is a must for prospering the business and for the same they look for candidates having knowledge of digital marketing.
Many organisations even work on website building which could be another opportunity for you.

In 7 lacs only, you won't get too many options. Affordable countries include Poland, Finland, Italy, Germany, Czech Republic, Malaysia, Japan, China etc. All these countries have good universities, you have to browse on the university websites for programs, requirements, fee, career opportunities etc. and decide.

No, as both are degree courses. So, I don't think so.
One of them is a Bachelors and the other one is a Masters course.
