Yes, you can definitely apply for MBA programs through the MAT (Management Aptitude Test) entrance exam with your 3 years of work experience and a BBA degree. Hello,It is impossible to get admission to even a decent college anywhere at that CAT score. I suggest you reappear for CAT and/or other exams next year or focus on getting a higher score in the other exams currently such as CET. Good luck.
