Yes, you can definitely apply for MBA programs through the MAT (Management Aptitude Test) entrance exam with your 3 years of work experience and a BBA degree. Hello,It is impossible to get admission to even a decent college anywhere at that CAT score. I suggest you reappear for CAT and/or other exams next year or focus on getting a higher score in the other exams currently such as CET. Good luck.

If you have done B.Ed have got experience on education M.Ed can only benefit you to become lecturer or teacher educator at teacher training colleges, or you can do more of higher studies in integration of education with other disciplines.
