Yes, with 89 percentile in JEE Mains (2020), you have a strong chance of getting admission in B.Tech Mechanical Engineering at Lovely Professional University (LPU). LPU accepts JEE Mains scores for admission and scholarships, and your percentile is well above the typical requirement for the Mechanical branch.

You can apply either through your JEE score or appear for LPUNEST, whichever benefits you more. With 89 percentile, you may also be eligible for a good scholarship, reducing your tuition fees. Overall, admission to Mechanical Engineering at LPU is very much achievable with your score.

Both are equally good, campus life, placements and faculty members are also good. Hello! Welingkar is a better option than IMI Kolkata due to its better brand name, placements, and the location advantage. So, choose Welingkar and keep IMI as a backup if you wish.

Hello,
I personally do not recommend to go for coaching, if you have a good foundation of basics. You study almost everything in B.Sc. Syllabus. Go with the latest syllabus only. Just that go for Quality IIT JAM Study Material. Along with this no books or coaching can teach you unless you do not put your own efforts. Getting into IITs is all about brainstorming. So it is better to study on your own. For doubts, you can contact your faculty members and friends but before that try to understand it seeing the solution. Thanks a lot.

Hello,
No, it is not important to go for coaching for CSIR UGC NET Exam. One can prepare on his/her own provided having good fundamentals. Along with this if your M.Sc has been really specific then you should go for coaching. Even after coaching there is no guarantee of the syllabus as they leave a big portion in many cases. A candidate must rely on Quality CSIR NET Study material for the preparation. Just stick to the syllabus and study to the point, practice a variety of questions for conceptual clarity. Do not skip the mock tests and previous year test papers as they play a significant role in CSIR NET preparation.
