Hi,
I would suggest you to pick M.C.A with industry certification in order to switch to IT sector.
If you had Maths in class XII, then regular M.C.A is possible. Without Maths, M.C.A can be done through-
1. Pick Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications which will make you eligible for 2nd year M.C.A through lateral entry and simultaneously pursue DOEACC A Level.
2. You can go for Distance M.C.A with I.G.N.O.U as it allows you to clear Maths exam and then proceed with the master program.

* Core field
* Software field
If you are opting for core jobs, you may take some courses related to your branch :
-Power systems
-Latest applications of Solar panels
-Embedded systems
-VLSI
-You can also opt for Mechanical branches such as Robotics and Humanoids and other mechanical applications.
For software jobs you can go for programming languages.
