Hi,
Selecting a college is purely and entirely your decision. It would be tough to state a college as the best as every college has it's own plus and minus points.
While selecting, you just need to keep in mind the chief point that is to check the recognition whether the college is AICTE / UGC approved or not.
Other than this, you also need to check year of establishment, batch size, syllabus, faculty, fees, placements etc.
You may directly contact the college officials for specific information.
Be careful while selecting a college as merely getting a degree is not enough for this competitive world.

The minimum requirement for M.COM is 50%. However, you can try for distance education.
You may also consider-
1. CA or CRISIL Certified Analyst Program or in banking sector like Diploma in Banking & Financial Services.
2. Distance MBA with specializations like Financial Management, Management Studies, Marketing Management, Human Resources Development Management, Information Technology, Retail Management, etc.
3. Short term courses- Diploma In Treasury And Forex Management, Merchant Banking And Financial Services, Export-Import, Foreign Trade, Financial Management and Banking.
