Hi Kritika,
I think, you have misspelled YCMOU (Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University) as YCMA. If I am right, then you need to have minimum 45% marks in graduation and qualify an entrance exam conducted by the university.

The eligibility criteria required for NEET 2017 Exam is:
The minimum percentage for general category is 50%, for SC/ST/OBC is 40%, for general PH is 45% and for SC/ST/OBC handicapped is 40%.

SCMS, Cochin is a pretty average B-school, considering the placements (average package = INR 4 LPA) and ROI also is not good (fees = Rs. 6.5 LPA excluding hostel fees). Go for it only you have no better college(s) left.

The Bombay Flying Club offers a combined course for A.M.E. Plus B.Sc. In aeronautics. The B.Sc. Degree is affiliated to Mumbai University. Although there's no percentage limitation for A.M.E.
