My answer to your question: As soon as possible. Studying more wouldn't harm you. Studying MBA fresh out of B.Tech might be beneficial in terms of placements as some profiles in finance/marketing/consulting prefer fresher or people with relevant work experience.

As per my knowledge, there isn't a single reputed B-school in India, which provide admission without following the standard procedure, i.e. merit-basis. These reputed colleges are well-known for their faculty, placements, crowd, infrastructure, etc. unlike those colleges which admit students through other means. So, it's very much unlikely that you will see a B-school giving admission to candidates without accepting the scores of entrance exams.
I hope it helps.

Good evening.
Firstly, you will have to appear for Entrance exams like MAT/CMAT/XAT/CAT or any such other whichever is applicable.
Thereafter, look for the institute according the the grades you get in the exam.
Finally, the respective colleges also have their admission procedure like Group Discussion round and Personal Interview round. Some institutes may have written round as well.
Based on that you would be getting admission.
Thank you and all the best.

To settle overseas one needs to look at countries that have immigration friendly policies. Some of them are Australia, New Zealand, and Canada.
Ideally you can explore the following options:
1. Apply for immigration, this process takes 18-20 months & in the meantime look for a job in India.
2. Explore pursuing a course in the said country and entry the country vide the student visa route. Once you reach there then you can explore for a job in the local market there.
3. Join employer in India who have branches in the said countries, and can help you internal transfer.

Sorry to say but your prior academic performance makes it very difficult for you to get a call from IIM A. Having said that, do search for colleges which do not give weightage to previous academics.
