No, you are not eligible for NET exam with that percentage. The minimum required percentage if 55% (50% for reserved category). You should try to improve your score to be eligible.

There are large number of colleges in India which impart degree of mining engineering. But, if you are not interested in giving JEE exam, then you might not get better streams (CS, mechanical, civil, etc.) in govt. institutions at lower rate. You may take admissions in any college but you have to take admission via management quota (which is very expensive)

Anyone residing in India (any state) or outside India can apply for admission to courses at SP Jain Institute of Management & Research.
