Hi,
The difficulty level of the BITS HD exam is not that high and you can easily score if you do exam specific preparation. Unlike the GATE exam, not all the questions are conceptual, some of them are quite easy and theoretical questions are also included.

As per the norms of Higher Education body especially AICTE, distance education B.Tech is not eligible for any further course to study or in any private or government jobs. After completion of your Diploma you can join in a regular course in your second year of B.Tech programme.

Hello! At that CAT score, it is impossible to get a good college anywhere in India since the cutoff of all such colleges is generally 80+ percentile. I'd suggest you reappear for CAT and/or other exams and score high.
