You can go US on study basis easily by joining Twinning arrangement program . Various universities like LPU provide Graduate programs in which a student will study the foundation year of his/her degree in LPU and will study the remaining two years or one year of the degree in a foreign university of his choice .

The minimum eligibility required is 55% in graduation for pursuing Law program. You can take up Masters in Business Law that asks for graduation in a relevant discipline and no preset percentage limit.
Also you may try for Certificate or Diploma courses in Corporate Law or Cyber Law, etc.

Hi,
1. National Institute of Open Schooling, which is recognized by the Central Government is equivalent to any other board of education.
Also individuals from NIOS are definitely eligible to go for a career of their interest.
2. To be eligible to appear in CLAT-2013, a candidate should have obtained a Senior Secondary School/Intermediate (10+2) or its equivalent certificate from a recognized Board with not less than 45% marks in aggregate (40% in case of SC and ST candidates) and should be below 20 years of age as on 1st July 2013 (22 years in case of SC and ST candidates)
