There are numerous employment opportunities in this field. Candidates who have finished the basic course in merchant navy can easily get jobs through various consultants & placement agencies. Merchant navy fleet consist of cargo ships, tankers, bulk carriers, container ships, barge carrying ships, refrigerators ships, passenger ships as well as roll off/roll on ships. First of all, Sai Balaji doesn't offer MBA as it has PGDM. So, the suggestion is to not go for PGDM as it's not that much valuable as compared to MBA unless pursued from top colleges.
Talking about placements of Balaji, placements are decent.

You can appear for the CDS exam to join the Army.
The CDS exam is conducted by the UPSC board twice in a year.
You can also join air force or navy by appearing for PABT, AFCAT and UES exams.
