It is not necessary to have very good marks in Maths. Please check for your eligibility to pursue a course in BBA from the criteria mentioned below:
Eligibility for BBA Course:
Completion of HSC (10+2 level) from a recognized educational board, English as one of the subjects in HSC.
Minimum aggregate score of 50% to 60% in 10+2 level of education.
Students who have appeared in HSC examination and are awaiting results are also eligible to apply. Regards.

Government colleges are way better than private colleges. Reasons are -
Huge patient load
Better chances to learn about job.
Very Low fees as compared to private colleges.You will be in company of some brilliant people, who will make you learn a lot about medical Science and life. Regards.

No, it's not like you are over aged and can't take admission. There are various colleges offering admission in law and they do not consider the age. However, they may ask for valid documentation, that's it.

No, you cannot apply for CS on the basis of class 10th. Please check for your eligibility from the criteria mentioned below:
Company Secretary Course is conducted in three different levels. Foundation Level, Intermediate Level and Final level. For being eligible for Foundation level you should have passed 10+2 (or equivalent) from a recognized board.
