You just need to be good with NCERT (basic concepts) and all past year papers of NEST and also if possible of JEE Mains. What matters is your accuracy and Speed. For additional reference, some of the books you can refer to are as follows:
Physics- H C. Verma, D C Pandey (only objective questions)
Mathematics- R D Sharma
Chemistry- O P Tandon (Inorganic), R C Mukerjee (Physical), Solomon's and Fryhle (Organic).

Go for B.Tech. Pursue it from a very good college then register for the side courses on different programming languages. Learn different programming and get certificates, pursue training courses, attend different workshop related to computer science. Learn different things in CS like networking, ethical hacking, machine learning, etc. There are many courses for the B.Tech students. When you will go for B.Tech then you will came to know about more options as well as the training courses.

If you want to continue your studies then go for M.Tech if you still want to continue your specialisation in the technical field. Or otherwise, go for MBA in the field of management. If not continue your studies go for a job. You have plenty of option. The private sector, government sector, teaching job many other options you have after B.Tech.

Hi Dohil, First, you cannot study in Germany after 12th. They require 13 years education. In order to be eligible you have to complete another year of schooling or college after 12th and be fluent in German language. You can also clear IIT-JEE Advance to be eligible, it is taken in lieu of 13 year education. Furthermore NIOS won't be accepted easily. Its a tough choice, look for other countries except Germany. You should also contact some colleges yourself and inquire NIOS acceptability. Though NIOS is recognised colleges abroad will require additional verification and assessment which depends on the college abroad.

For 80 percentile, PGDM is the only chance you can take. To apply for PGDM, you will have to fill the form of the course by collecting the form from college and submitting all the required documents mentioned with it.
